Shipping policy

We offer shipping from the Netherlands to selected countries worldwide.

We collaborate with various shipping partners to ensure that your order is insured, will arrive safely, and on time.

  • Netherlands: At the earliest; 1 to to a maximum of 3 business days.
  • Europe: At the earliest; 3 to to a maximum of 7 business days.
  • UK: At the earliest; 3 to to a maximum of 7 business days.
  • USA: At the earliest; 3 to a maximum of 7 business days.

NOTE: Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method, and any busy periods.
This is only an indication based on regular shipping times without delays and outside of busy periods.

DELIVERY TIME
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days of receiving your payment. Please note that during busy periods, such as holidays, we may have a longer processing time. We will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via [email protected]. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order and refund your payment. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, you will need to return it according to our return policy.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart before you place your order.

NOTE: We do not reimburse these costs when returning your garments.
